Meet the Doctors
Dr. Rusheena Bartlett
Dr. Bartlett was born and raised in the sunshine state of Florida. She completed a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences at the Florida Atlantic University in 2011 before moving to New York to pursue medical school. She graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2017 and went on to complete a 3 year residency in foot and ankle surgery at Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, Florida. As a resident she received extensive training in a wide range of conditions inclusive of elective procedures, reconstructive surgery and trauma.
Dr. Bartlett is a very compassionate doctor and enjoys giving back to the community whenever possible. She is the founder of The Lower Extremity Outreach (L.E.O.) Foundation established in 2017. The Foundation performed its first medical mission trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica in March 2019.
Dr. Bartlett continues to live in South Florida with her husband and daughters. When she’s not practicing or volunteering she enjoys going to the beach and cooking new cuisines.

Dr. Jana Hutichson
Dr. Hutchinson was born and raised in South Florida. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from Florida Atlantic University and completed her Podiatric medical education at Barry University in Miami Shores, graduating in 2022. She then completed a three-year surgical residency at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida, where she received extensive training in forefoot and rearfoot pathology, trauma, reconstructive surgery, as well as elective procedures.
Before pursuing her medical career, Dr. Hutchinson worked as a registered behavior therapist. She has a special interest in treating adults and children with special needs, combining clinical expertise with compassionate, individualized care.
Outside of work, Dr. Hutchinson enjoys catching the latest movies, board games, cooking, and spending time with her husband and son.
